Over the last few days we have been busy recording The Stangs’ new EP in PAF! studio in Rotterdam, with Marcel Fakkers (the Madd) & Dave von Raven (the Kik). The upcoming record, due in February, will feature a pretty interesting array of session musicians, including jazz saxophonist Benjamin Herman, Ebou Gaye Mada who is a percussionist from Gambia (pictured above), Eline van Esch who is a solo flutist at the Hague’s Philharmonic Orchestra and Alba Careta Arnaus (trumpet) and Miguel Moises (trombone), who are young musicians from the Royal Conservatoire of the Hague.
